Gov. Robert Bentley delivers a speech after being ...

"Anybody here today who has not accepted Jesus Christ as their savior, I'm telling you, you're not my brother and you're not my sister, and I want to be your brother," Bentley said Monday, his inauguration day, according to The Birmingham News."

This is only going to get worse for the Republicans.  You ad this to the Teabaggers, and you have a nightmare.  This is exactly what happened when these extremists felt empowered after Bush I was elected.  I remember with extreme clarity how the Republicans were taunting the Dems two years into Bush I's term.  "Where oh where are the Dems willing to run for the White House?  They laughed at Bill Clinton.  As they say, the rest is reality.

The Independents saw what the extremists who supported the Republicans stood for, and threw Bush I out of office.  2012 should be interesting.

I can hear these extremist now, the Mayans foretold the end of humanity in 2012, if the world did not unite around the Republican Party.  For the record, the Mayans have made no such prediction.  It is just the rantings of racists who believe the Mayan were to ignorant to do anything on  their own so they needed the help of men from Mars.
