So we now know the pattern, just before every BISD meeting Montoya and Quintanilla will put out more lies to embarrass Springston and Fuller.  I spoke with Lawrence Crockett, who is in charge of the IFA program at TEA and he point blank said - there is no truth to Montoya's story.  the lies as put out by Presas-Garcia are now in the hands of the TEA.

You can go to this link and click on the pdf link under Round 10.

Back in June the money was approved.  It was not until December that BISD decided to go  forward.  The December vote was a vote to accept the approved money.  The funds were allocated by the Texas Legislature in the 2009 Session.  It has nothing to do with the up and coming budget crunch .

This is an ongoing bullshit session to deny children desperately needed classrooms to avoid over crowding.  Montoya and Quintanilla do not care about the children - they care about what ever they have been promised in exchange for posting endless lies.

McHale has proven to all his students he prefers they go without than tell the truth about the drunk Montoya and convicted felon Quintanilla.

As to Saavedra. Longoria, Presas-Garcia and Escobedo - "fuck the children - we will rule by lies and corruption."  If they only knew how close the indictments really are.   The Healthsmart dismissal is coming and  within days thereafter the indictments will come.

Bobby, I have to plead ignorance on this matter. Can you clue me in?

Presas-Garcia shocked me by blaming Perry and not Zayas/Cortez for the looming reductions in State dollars. I'm sure her bullshit artist Quintanilla will provide that distraction. I have been watching districts from all over the state respond to the looming budget crunch and not a single board member has publicly resorted to juvenile finger pointing. No amount of blame placing with deflect the task at hand. She is and frankly has always been in way over her head.

I rest my case.....Montoya's story is complete bullshit.

Thank you for the post! This helps clear any misinformation for those that want to know the truth. It also promotes discussion.

Any denial of these benefits would have to be through a publicx document - people need to realize Montoya and Quintanilla have nothing -

Think about it - how could this be happening all over the state and not one newspaper has picked up on

Think about it - how could the TEA award money based on a future budget - it could not - by law

he lies because there is no part of brain which keeps him from lying.

It was like the stupid comment that Jose galvez the cofounder of Accion America filed a criminal complaint against me in Dsllas

Quintanilla is so stupid when he posted the fake comment it never ocurred to him saying the complaint is in Dallas that even a fool can realize the complaint is bogus - Jose Galvez lives in Farmers Branch I live in Brownsville - how would Dallas have jurisdiction?

These guys are so far gone in their lies that cannot even make up a good lie

Jose galvez will be deposed - I suspect he called Quintanilla - threatened to expose him so Quintanilla made the bogus post to make people thing he is still with galvez.

I am willing to bet that once we speak with Galvez Quintanilla will be bad mouthing him all over Dallas.

I want thank you for being unbiased! Why do these corrupt people keep winning board seats? It's embarrassing to watch the Board Meetings lately. I've seen a several and all I can say is that most of the board members are there to serve their own special interests, get vendor gift$$$, job-promises, travel, etc...and the right to call yourself a "Dr." without being one!

What is the monthly board member expenses for BISD? Can you find out?

Part of the reason that these people were winning board seats was that campaigns were based on non-issues. The candidates were also portraying a certain image to voters to win the elections. Now with a blog that reports issues and facts it will be more difficult to pull that off.

I have to respectfully disagree with the 8:37 am Anony. The huge majority of votes the winning candidates got came from people who do not read this blog and/or choose not to become truly informed on the issues. The ignorance and apathy in this city has always provided the opportunity for the worst kind of political exploitation. It is mind-boggling to anyone with an ounce of common sense that a punk such as Carlos Quintanilla is even remotely considered politically relevant.

But if you read this blog and find it credible and still subscribe to the Herald you are part of the problem. dANIEL Cavasos has ordered the coverup - the only question which remains will he even allow for the reporting of eh indictments - I doubt it
