This of course is no surprise, as the transcripts make clear the judge would not allow for all the witnesses to be called in the trial. On this issue alone the Court of Appeals will reverse. Peña on the transcript as part of his appeal can ask for an emergency stay of the ruling pending an appeal which would force the judge to reconvene the trial. The Court of Appeals can then issue an opinion at a later date.

I will not get into all of the options available to Peña because that would bore people. But if Peña can get an outside law enforcement agency to bring indictments which could include Ernie himself depending on the testimony by the politiqueras to save their own butts, Ernie can find himself in a position wherein he never takes office.

True to form for the hopelessly corrupt Democratic Party of Texas, Bill White, Democrat for Governor, rather than denounce what has happened, has his people attacking me today as a Perry supporter for demanding that White denounce the use of politiqueras and call for a full criminal investigation. This is true to form for the Democratic Party of Texas - denounce anyone who demands fair elections or honest government.

This is not an endorsement of Perry - it is a denouncing of the Texas Democratic Party which views the Latino community of the LRGV as nothing more than house servants to do as they are told on election day.

I would tell you to send the below link to the court transcripts to Bill White, but like every other arrogant politician he does not want to hear from you. His contact link is broken so all you can send is your e-mail so he can then spam you.

In part one the first voter witness is Ricardo Liceaga. If you look to the top of the document you should be able to figure out how to fast forward to page 73.

It would seem that a prosecutor should be asking the questions. It is also noted that the issue of ballots being cast by permanent residents was not even brought up.
I would hope law enforcement would pursue this otherwise there is no need to vote all you have to do is bid on politiqueras and they can pick based on their employers.
This harkens back to the Lyndon era when the party bosses were supposedly told how many votes were needed.
