FEDERAL JUDGE HEADING FOR PRISON, AND JUDICIAL ACTIVISM
Federal Judge Samuel Kent is about to enter federal prison for 33 months. He was the second judge I ever sued. Within months of taking the bench in 1990, he made clear to every one within hearing distance - he was a god who could not be touched. To understand his arrogance, he refuses to immediately resign as a federal judge. This means until his bogus resignation takes effect in 2010, we the taxpayers will pay his salary. The US Senate is free to bring impeachment proceedings.
Oh, my case before Judge Kent - the Texas sodomy law, eventually was held unconstitutional by the United States Supreme Court. He had issued a permanent abatement of the case, which is unconstitutional. I appealed under the collateral order doctrine, and Edith Jones dismissed the appeal claiming, effectively, no such doctrine existed.
Why did the Fifth Circuit cover up Samuel Kent’s conduct with a slap on the hand? Its Chief Justice is an evil, evil women with nothing but contempt for the constitution and our laws. Her comments.
"Edith Jones, a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, made a series of fairly outrageous comments when the court heard a sexual harassment case in the late 1980s. She reportedly dismissed the extreme harassment that a woman endured at work by asking, "They didn’t rape her, did they?" When the plaintiff’s attorney pointed out that her client’s co-worker had "pinched her breast," Judge Jones reportedly replied, "Well, he apologized," and gasps could be heard in the courtroom. Finally, she reportedly suggested that she saw the case differently because it involved blue-collar workers at a factory rather than "lawyers" or other "white-collar workers," saying, "We’re dealing with people whose standards are different."

I have said before and will say again, there is no greater threat to our country than lawyers and judges. They are 100% unchecked by our system of government, unless the press decides to take on a story of corruption. The lawyers know anyone who speaks out against the corruption will be systematically destroyed. When the people who are closest to the corruption are barred from speaking about the corruption, and the judges themselves have found they are immune from suit, even for criminal conduct while on the bench, it becomes a lost cause. The judiciary is truly a perfected tyranny.
What is really sad, in some cases they allow for justice, not because they want to follow the law, but because they believe they have been trumped. Yes, there is trickery in the process. It is a sad reality. But when you are facing absolute tyranny the only way to prevail is to threaten their known Achilles heal. The system is broken beyond repair.
The American people lost a great jurist with the resignation of David Souter. He was humbled to the honor of being a Supreme Court Justice. He understood he was a public servant. His reverence for the law was unprecedented in modern times. Does this mean I always agreed with him, no, that is not the standard. It is how he conducted himself as a jurist which made him great. He was only a man, and like every other man he was not infallible. But he did his best to get it right without imposing personal scores, or personal politics into his decisions.
The same cannot be said of Sotomayor. In terms of judicial temperament she is the exact opposite of Justice Souter. The fact that I will probably agree with the super majority of her opinions is not the standard.
Until the people are willing to stand on the steps of the Supreme Court and demand reverence for the constitution and the people who own it, judicial activism will continue from the judiciary. It will come from the right, center, and left. And it will always be wrong.
