WHY SHOULD THE PEOPLE OF CAMERON COUNTY VOTE DEMOCRAT GIVEN THE CAMERON COUNTY DEMOCRATS' PENCHANT FOR CORRUPTION

I have not seen the ballot yet because I am still on the fence for whom I am going to vote in the BISD election for the seat previously held by Susan Galvan. I am assuming there is a place to pull straight Democrat or Republican. This could mean a lot of people not voting down ballot in the BISD election.

The Cameron County Democratic Party provides bloggers and the Herald with endless stories about corruption. Given this simple fact, why should the people of Cameron County vote Democrat? I am not asking asking about elections outside of Cameron County, I am simply asking about election of Cameron County officials.

I just thought this was a good time to ask this question. If we are unwilling to send a message of enough is enough, then do we have a right to complain?

There are two seperate ballots, one for BISD and the other for the rest of the candidates.

Rather than reject this post I deleted a person's name. I have no way of knowing if he ever made the statement this poster is claiming him to have made.

Here is the comment

Corruption is inherent in the Mexican culture says [ ]....so we should sit back and accept it. Corruption is widely accepted within the culture and the Dumbocrats control the culture here....so, ignorance prevails uber alles.

my response - Abramhoff is an Anglo who brought amazing corruption to the Republican Party. Mexicans had nothing to do with it.

Corruption comes from a lack of moral guidance. Everyone is subject to being corrupt
