THE END IS NEAR - THOSE WHO SEE THE LIGHT ARE FLEEING, OTHERS ARE JUST TRYING TO PRETEND THEY STILL MATTER

Over 8 years ago I fought tooth and nail with Republican plant Molly Beth Malcolm. She was at the time the Republican appointee Chairman of the Texas Democratic Party. She made it her primary goal to insure then Governor Bush would be elected President of the United States. She made it clear that she would tolerate zero dissent against Governor Bush.

I remember being at a meeting in Austin in January of 2000. Then former Texas Supreme Court Justice Rose Spector was off in a corner horrified to see the reality of what the Texas Democratic Party had become - it became a puppet of the Republican Party under Molly Beth Malcolm.

I remember a man who was introduced to me as the head of one of the big unions in Texas. He looked Molly Beth Malcolm in the face and said "after this election we will be lucky to have any white people elected to public office in Texas." Molly Beth Malcolm felt at home. Nay a word of apology for the comment to the many Latino and black candidates standing around who heard the comment.

Molly Beth Malcolm, it is time you take your final bow, and then go off and die a miserable death - you fucking whore for everything evil in the world.

Over a million dead Iraqis, over 4 thousand dead Americans in Iraq and Afghanistan, and an economy in shambles, are you proud of your accomplishment Ms. Malcolm? Did you get paid enough to insure there would be no dissent against the evil which was and remains George W. Bush.

The smart Bushites are moving on. The US Attorney for the Southern District of Texas has resigned effective the 8th of November. Armando Villalobos will no longer have a corrupt US Attorney to cover for his antics. If Obama wins we must demand that he appoint someone who will take no prisoners when it comes to the Cameron County Democratic Party. BTW in the end I voted for Joe Cisneros for Sheriff. I like Omar Lucio a lot - But I will not and cannot vote for a Cameron County Democrat until their house is cleaned of all the scum. Omar Lucio’s unwillingness to denounce the corruption makes him unfit to hold the trust of the people.

And finally, we learned this morning in the Herald, DHS is moving to condemn the properties of people who have not responded to requests from DHS. It is 2 ½ months to a new president.
How pathetic has DHS become that it seeks to continue with this charade. With 2 months to the deadline to complete the wall and 2 ½ months to a new president, all I can say about the DHS is - what a pathetic bunch of sore losers. How about using the money to hire more border patrol agents - oh that would mean jobs for the people - I forgot since when does the will of the people or their needs matter?

The end is near! If obama wins, as an employer I will shut my doors. I will not be able to sell my type of business, will just close it. 8 full timers without a job or insurance, so thank you obama supporters, you just took on 22 new medicaid, lone star, and WIC receipients.I am taking my belongings, and moving to start a business in a resort town in mexico. I'll be thinking about the US, but won't come back until that socialist eveyone thinks is going to save their homes, and retiement funds is out of office. You will see in a few years when nothing changes! I'll have a pina colado for you.
Packin it up

Lawyers, whether Dumbocrat of Republican are, whether they are judges or appointed prosecuters, going to make rulings to favor lawyers. Our system has been corrupted by lawyers. If we look around, more and more a person is required to hire a lawyer for even the most mundane actions. A person's word is no good any more unless a lawyer is hired to confirm that word. Lawyers control legislatures around the nation and have pushed through laws that promote and require lawyers be involved with every aspect of our lives. Villalobos is a corrupt politician is a reflection of how corruption takes the blindfold off of Miss Justice.

You are right, a persons word no good. Did you ever hear of "stated" income? Persons signed disclosures stating they made a certain income to account for income when purchasing a home or car. Did some people fib? perhaps..YES! How do you think that bartender who earned $2.25/hr plus tips with $10,000 per year on their tax returns buy that hummer and live in the $145,000 house? He's not worried yet either, the govt will bail him out, forgive his stupidity and lies, and re-do his loan. Wow! I am so happy I pay my mortgage on time, and live on what I can afford! Where the hell is my reward? Oh I forgot, there is no reward for doing the right thing! That's it! I'm angry, I'm calling my lawyer to sue someone! Amazing! It's always the lawyers fault..but we love them when we need them! Don't we?

100 words of craziness

You are right on this one, Bobby. More border patrol agents would indeed mean more jobs and those employees are going to live, shop, eat, play, and raise families so the local economy benefits in more ways than added security.
Anonymous is also right. This country is overrun with lawyers, much to our own detriment. Personally, I think law schools should place a severe limit, if not an outright moratorium, on the number of students accepted over the next few years. This country needs more scientists and mathematicians, even skilled craftsmen - anything but more lawyers!

I like the analysis and the commentary. I see no point in abandoning the home front. While mistrustful I will trust that bureaucratic practice will keep a door or two open. Attorneys can be found to facilitate goals, I understand. Perhaps those related to the regulation or law. Like any other profession some find different roads.

Obama will rid our neighborhood of TAQUACHES! They will all be in line at the food stamp office.

I am sad to hear that someone would think there should be a limit or moratoriam on law students! That's crazy! How can you think it's appropriate or even feel it's a good idea that anyone should limit what area of education or career one should be allowed to follow? This is not Cuba, nor Venezuela..at least not yet. I am not a fan or lawyers, but I would never suggest there be limit placed on anyone's choice to pursue a career or education.
You are scarrrryyyy.

How many pillars of our local demo-party are guilty of hiring domestic help at slave wage?

Yet the cry for Obama Justice rings loud and clear from their lips.

Shame on you

Just take a drive down Hidden Valley and Palm Blvd around 5:30 pm and you will see them all. You will also see them at the law offices detailing cars, and even babysitting the kids at birthday parties. I'm heading to Boston and putting in my application for public housing, maybe Obama can make a space for me!

To Anonymous,
I base my suggestion on limiting the number of students accepted to law school on the fact that the US leads the world in the number of lawyers per capita, something like 361 per 100,000 people compared to Britain with 94, 33 in France, and a mere 7 in Japan.
If not a limit on the number of students accepted to law school, how about raising the standards so we can at least turn out a better crop? How about putting more emphasis on ethics so we are not awash in weasels whose primary focus is to get their clients off by any sleazy trick or manipulation of the system, right or wrong be damned? Is that too scary for you?
